Shipping Policies
We DO combine shipping, so please check out our store and e-mail us with any questions, shipping-related or otherwise.
INTERNATIONAL PURCHASERS: Please be advised that customs policies may delay the receipt of your purchase. We ship your purchase the next business day after you order it, or sooner when possible, but we have no control regarding how long it takes your package to clear through customs. We are always happy to provide proof of how we shipped your package and send you a tracking number, when applicable.
Return Policy
Please be advised, unless there is a defect found in the product, all returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, as well as a reduction for original shipping costs.
In order to process a return, the customer MUST notify us BEFORE shipping the product back, or there may be additional fees, as we sometimes ship from other manufacturers and in those cases, the return should be delivered there instead of our warehouse for processing.
Returns MUST be made in exactly the same condition the unit was sold in, or the return will not be processed. If the item was used or opened, we will NOT be able to accept the return.
Engraved or personalized items cannot be returned.
All returns will be paid in the form of a merchandise credit with our store.
